Winter cold make our skin look pale and dry and the low humidity steals the moisture away which can lead to cracking and itchiness too.
But by following a right skin care regime you can achieve the healthy glow in winters too by following these simple tips:
PRE PREGNANCY CARE
Having a child is a huge responsibility and if it comes with surprise it would take you to, understand the things slowly when you are not ready, in our case we have planned a baby so I have taken care of all the things that are to be needed before having a baby.
Not only your health involves in it but your mental and financial decision also plays a huge role in it.
So, here are my pick-ups that I have done before conceiving:
Your partner decision:
Having a baby is both Father and Mother responsibility, so talk about parenting with your partner about
- How does he feel about it?
- Whether he is ready to take a responsibility?
- Are we financially strong enough to give the best to our child?
- Working or stay at home.
- What all are his priorities and expectation.
Talk to your doctor:
After mutually deciding over having a baby the first thing I had done to talk to my doctor because she is the only one who knows you inside out.
In my case, she told me to have a thyroid, diabetic test done first and after which she prescribed me the folic acid tablet for one month and then try for it.
Talking to your doctor plays a major role if you have any disease that can affect your baby can be treated at an earlier stage so that you can have a healthy pregnancy.
Stop taking pills:
If you are on birth control pills stop using them a month before, in order to have a successful pregnancy rate and this will also help you to calculate your most fertile time of the month.
Watch your weight:
Otherwise, you are going to gain 11-15 kg during pregnancy which depends on women to women but to maintain a healthy BMI is very much important so that it cannot affect you later on because overweight can lead to many problems later on.
Cut or limit caffeine:
Being a coffee addict it’s very difficult for me to control over it so, I have started to take it in an account way before trying for a baby, limit your caffeine amount day by day so that when you’ll conceive it will not affect your craving at all.
Not only coffee but also try to cut down common sources of caffeine like tea, soda, and green tea.
Follow a proper diet:
Avoid outside food as much as you can and try to take a 5-6 portion of meals of home cooked food in a day, it’s ok to cheat once in a while when you crave for pizza or burger but, try to avoid it as much as you can.
Increase the amount of water intake:
Increasing the water intake will help you in fight morning sickness, indigestion and heartburn not only this it will also help you in stretch marks and in urinary infection too.
These are all I have tried it let me know if you find it useful in the comment section and all the best for it.
